6 years on and still making a difference

We received an email the other day from two guests who visited the Island in 2015. It really struck home as sometimes we get so caught up in the day to day administration associated with making holidays happen that we miss the big picture. This email certainly changed that. It simply read

"Myself and my wife, were very lucky to have had a holiday with Holidays for Heroes Jersey from May 3rd - 10th 2015, which included Liberation Day. We had great time . Dawn and Richard looked after us and, we can't thank them enough . It was more than just a holiday especially for me it changed my whole outlook on life and helped me move on . I don't know what it did, but it worked ."

During Covid cancelling all those holidays and having to let people down made for very hard work. Those few lines from that email made it all worthwhile. Thank you
